I started taking MOVE but didn’t have high expectations. I've never taken something like this before. When taking MOVE I didn’t feel like I was experiencing dramatic results, but I took it as suggested until my bottle ran out and that’s when I noticed how well it was working once I stopped taking it. My knees, legs and arms were more sore after my rides than compared to when I was taking MOVE. For me, it was a build-up process before the active ingredients became systemic and MOVE did its thing.

My legs have felt weak. My legs have felt unreliable. My legs are constantly aching. I only take two capsules a day because taking three or four just seems like too much for me, and I would forget to take four anyway. But since taking MOVE, I feel stronger and less apt to stumble. My knees feel more flexible. I am able to spend more time with my grandchildren and I don't have as much pain when trying to chase them. I'm not pain free, but I feel better taking MOVE.

My wife told about MOVE, her brother had used it and liked it. I suffer from arthritis in my back and thought it could help. Obviously I was skeptical. But whatever, for just the shipping I was willing to give it a shot. All I can say is that I think it actually does help. My back has been less “achy” and I don’t feel like I need to stretch my back out as often as I usually do. Overall I’m very impressed!
